POST api/Customer/RemoveUser

Deletes relationship between user and customer.

CustomerId	The user will be deleted for the Customer with this id.	integer	None.
TicketsTransferUserProviderKey	Transfer tickets from removing user to the user with this id. If null, nothing is transferred.	string	None.
